Jerry R. Duer, is the founder of D.A.T.A.. Mr. Duer received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science from the University of Maryland University College. He has over  24 years of experience in software development, system administration, and computer hardware configuration and maintenance.

Susan M. Duer, has over 15 years of experience in office management, including maintaining the accounting functions for engineering and consulting firms. Ms. Duer's excellent organizational and management skills are a valuable asset to the firm. This experience enables the firm to attract and maintain highly qualified employees, develop strong client relationships, remain focused on the clients' needs, and expertly manage projects.

Mark L. Buzzy, received a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Maryland University College. He has over 20 years of experience in enterprise management, network management, software engineering, system integration, system administration, computer hardware maintenance, and customer support complemented with 17 years of management experience.
